AR Rahman fans can feel happy as once again on June 12, 2014, he will be coming to Mumbai to perform live unplugged. The music maestro has composed music for ‘Lekar Hum Deewana Dil‘, the debut film of Raj Kapoor‘s younger grandson Armaan Jain(son of Reema Jain and Mohan Jain). Rahman had also performed live at an unplugged concert for Imtiaz Ali‘s ‘Rockstar‘ starring Ranbir Kapoor and Nargis Fakhri.
The cool party number ‘Khalifa‘ from the film will take centre stage at the performance. The makers of Lekar Hum Deewana Dil said, that AR Rahman has taken his unique music-making-process to a new level and has created something radically different from his previous compositions.
Lekar Hum Deewana Dil is an upcoming romantic Bollywood drama film that stars Armaan Jain and Deeksha Seth. Jointly produced by Saif Ali Khan, Dinesh Vijan and Sunil Lulla under the banner of Eros International and Illuminati Films. The film is the debut directorial venture of Arif Ali,and directed by his brother Imtiaz Ali. The film has music scored by A. R. Rahman.
Lekar Hum Deewana Dil is set to release on July 4, 2014.
