One of these many revelations was that SRK owes his career to Armaan Kohli. Yes, you read that right! Wondering how? It happened way back in 1992 when Bigg Boss fame Armaan Kohli was all set to star in Deewana opposite Divya Bharti. After everything was set including look tests and photoshoot, Armaan Kohli backed out giving some reasons. That’s when Shah Rukh Khan bagged the lead role in the film.
It’s known to all then how Shah Rukh Khan got rose to stardom overnight through this film and even went on to win back to back awards. King Khan also revealed that the Filmfare Award that he won for Deewana has Armaan Kohli’s poster accompanying his and the film’s name.
