Yes, at first a very important character is shown fat or not attractive in the film and boom, soon enough as the character grows up he or she transforms into a totally unexpected person with jaw-dropping good looks and charms. Take Hrithik’s character in Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gham or Kajol during her college days in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai and the transformation the two went through later on.
