Bollywood’s most celebrated music composer Aadesh Shrivastava who was fighting a tough battle with cancer, passed away in Mumbai on Saturday at12:30 am.
A day after he turned 49, he took his last breathe at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital. The artist, who is known for his immense contribution to the music industry, was critical after the third relapse of cancer, a month ago. His fierce fight with the cancer continued in the hospital for almost past 42 days.
Reportedly, the funeral would take place today at 12:30 pm at Oshiwara Crematorium, Andheri West.
Saddened to the core, Aadesh’s wife Vijayata Pandit had also shared that her children’s lives are torn apart. The family was burdened not only with the illness, but the financial pressure. The financial turmoil was hovering around the family, as they had to spend Rs. 12 lakh for every lifesaving injection.

Also couple of days ago, Shah Rukh Khan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan had visited to the hospital to meet him. Apart from them also Poonam Dhillon, Anu Mallik, Jaspinder Narula, producer Ramesh Taurani and many others visited to see the singer.
The whole Bollywood is saddened with this sad demise and also took to their twitter handle to express the condolences for the irreparable loss.
Aadesh Shrivastava has given some memorable melodies in the movies ‘Baghban’, ‘Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham’, ‘Chalte Chalte’, ‘Baabul’ etc., the talented artist is still a favorite of the masses and will always stay.
May his soul rest in peace and condolences to his family. May God give strength to bear the big loss to his family and children’.
