Bollywood Dialogues We Use In Our Life

Deewar-01[tps_footer]India is a dialogue loving nation. A Bollywood film without a good one liner loses punch for the audience and thus the numbers reflect sad results. But there are a few of them which people have started to use in their regular vocabularly. They are so common and regular that they even find place in our day to day conversation. Here are some of them…

1. Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge

When things go wrong in our country, we generally say ‘Chalta hai’ but there is one other thing that we say. “Senorita (depends on the gender), bade bade deshon mein aisi choti choti glatiyan ho jati hai.” Of course, with time this goes through changes and you will hear a lot on reformed sentences. But please drop the Shahrukh act…doesn’t suit anyone accept him.

2. Maine Pyar Kiya

Maine Pyar Kiya taught us the invaluable friendship lessons anyone could teach us. ‘Dosti mein, no Sorry, no Thank you” and “Ek ladka aur ladki kabhi dost nahi ho saktey”. Don’t you use the latter very often when you are spurned and feeling disgruntled?

3. Kuch Kuch Hota Hai

It is perhaps the cheesiest friendship turned romantic film ever made riddled with annoying clichés but it gave us a sentence that boys love to go over again and again to land the girl. “Pyaar Dosti Hai”…after all, the first step to romance is Dosti!

4. Devdas

This is a line that immortalizes all drunkards in the country, “Kaun Kambhakht hai jo bardasht karney ke liye pita hai mei to pita hu ki tumhey dekh saku!” and world seems all right!

5. Sholay

Now picking up one dialogue from this dialogue storehouse called Sholay is a crime but if there is one dialogue that don’t go unused ever is ‘Kitney aadmi the….’

6. Deewar

This is always the answer to a question parents ask their overaged son who still lives on parents money. “Aaj mere paas bangla hai, gaadi hai, paisa hai…tumhare paas kya hai ?” and “Mere paas maa hai…”
