He has managed to make us loathe him with his vicious roles in films but people remember him more as Ajay Devgn‘s troubled dad from Indra Kumar‘s Ishq. The actor is in a critical state now.

Sadashiv Amrapurkar was hospitalised two weeks back. According to the doctors, he had complete respiratory lapse. He had developed severe lung infection. Although his daughter and doctors have said that he is stable, he is still not out of danger.
The 64-year-old actor, known for his performances in films like Sadak and Ardh Satya among others, was admitted to the Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital (KDAH) in Mumbai. Amrapurkar was last seen on the big screen in Bombay Talkies in 2012.
On Sunday evening news was abound that Amrapurkar has expired. Tusshar Kapoor had even tweeted about it. But it seems that was a hoax after all.
