The case has been filed under the section 63 of Copyright Act 1957. The case is being heard by the Uttarakhand High Court. Currently, there is a stay on the arrest of Rakesh Roshan and the final decision will be taken on September 19th.

Now whether Rakesh Roshan gets arrested for the same or no will be seen on September 19th. However, the director has expressed that the entire script of ‘Krrish 3′ is original and that there is no infringement of any sort.
