If you haven’t been living under a rock, you’ll know that Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma tied the knot to Indian Cricket team captain Virat Kohli on Monday in Tuscany, Italy. The newlywed shared the first pictures from their wedding on social media, leaving everyone excited.
The couple kept their fans guessing for years about their wedding. Finally, it happened yesterday and one can’t stop talking about the fairytale wedding. The internet is flooding with photos and videos from their wedding.
Well, now the first picture from their post-wedding party is out. Anushka Sharma, the newlywed looks stunning in a pitch floor-length gown with red bangles. The happiness clearly reflects on her face and she couldn’t be lucky enough to have Virat Kohli as a life partner.
Post their wedding, Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli released a joint statement. It reads, ”Today we have promised each other to be bound in love forever. Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli will host the wedding reception for family and close relatives in New Delhi on December 21. Another reception will take place in Mumbai for Bollywood and Cricket fraternity on December 26. Post reception, the two will head to South Africa where Virat will start prepping for the anticipated series.
On the work front, Anushka Sharma will begin shooting for the next schedule of Aanand L Rai’s film with Shah Rukh Khan. The actress will also start shooting for ‘Sui Dhaaga’ with Varun Dhawan.
