Is it Deepika Padukone, Alia Bhatt Or Kareena Kapoor Khan?
The list of Bollywood’s advance taxpayers for the financial year 2016-17 is finally out. As we reported earlier, Salman Khan is the highest tax payer male actor thereby beating Akshay Kumar, Aamir Khan and Hrithik Roshan in the financial year 2016-17.
Salman Khan has paid Rs 44.5 crore advance tax while Aamir Khan has paid Rs 14.8 crore for 2016-17. Hrithik Roshan has paid Rs 25.5 crore, Akshay Kumar Rs 29.5 crore and Ranbir Kapoor has paid Rs 16.5 crore for the financial year 2016-17.
As far as numbers are concerned, they surely apply on Bollywood female stars also. Udta Punjab actress Alia Bhatt has shown a steady growth of almost 46% in her annual income. Despite having Hollywood projects, Deepika Padukone’s income has shown only a growth of 13%.
On the other hand, Kareena Kapoor Khan, who didn’t have any release last year due to pregnancy, has shown negative growth in the income and has paid Rs 3-9 crore advance pay for the financial year 2016-17.
