Kamal Haasan has been busy shooting for Papanasam, Tamil remake of Malayalam film Drishyam, when he feel ill. He was rushed to Chennai’s Apollo Hospital. Kamal was examined for acute food poisoning.

The actor has been examined by both his family doctor and the hospital’s general practitioner and have confirmed symptoms of food poisoning.

We hear that the actor is recovering well and is expected to be discharged today, said a hospital source.

Kamal Haasan, who is currently busy shooting for Tamil film “Papanasama, is awaiting the release of his films “Uttama Villain” and “Vishwaroopam 2“.
