Kapil Sharma Miffed With Friend Ranveer Singh?

We are all aware of the most famous television show ‘Comedy Nights with Kapil Sharma’. This show has been a fixed spot for most stars when they think of promoting their movies on small screen. We have all stars, directors and musicians come on this stage to talk about their upcoming releases. Kapil Sharma has always been a sport and did all necessary stunts to help stars have an entertaining night and a great day at promotions. This time Kapil is on the reverse end, with his first movie as a lead actor, ‘Kis Kis Ko Pyaar Karu‘ release date nearing, he needed someone to play host for him on the show and promote him.

Many stars were happy and excited to see Kapil on the big screen no wonder they openly went out of their way and announced their support for this comic star. Amitabh Bachchan and his son Abhishek Bachchan agreed to give a special message and wish Kapil luck, the Khiladi King Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn and Sonakshi Sinha also volunteered to support Kapil in whatever possible way they could arrange. Shah Rukh Khan went one step ahead and expressed a desire to post a special video message for Kapil.

But luck was not in favor of Kapil Sharma and due to unavoidable circumstances none of the stars were in town during the shows shooting schedule. Kapil thought of asking a favor from Ranveer Singh who was in town to play host for his show.

If rumors are to be believed, the talent management agency representing Ranveer Singh asked for a huge amount of money for his time. The amount and the behavior from their end was a shock for the media as well as Kapil. He learned the hard way, that there are no free lunches in Bollywood.

Well, none of the parties disclosed details of any such event, and representative of Ranveer Singh politely said that he was too busy shooting ‘Bajirao Mastani’ and hence he could not agree to the offer. We also contacted Kapil’s spokesperson, who during his time in Delhi said, “I think there was some date clash.”
