Katrina After a lot of delays, the work on director Kabir Khan‘s next film Phantom seems to be speeding up. Reportedly, Katrina Kaif, who is quite busy shooting for Anurag Basu’s upcoming film Jagga Jasoos alongside her alleged boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor, has started with Phantom’s dubbing. Reports suggest that the actress is managing her schedule so she can invest proper amount of time for her both the films.
Earlier the film was delayed due to some pending post-production work. Phantom then was put on hold because the makers of the thriller action drama film were not getting the right release date for the film. Only recently Katrina Kaif confirmed the news about the film saying that the film is ready to be released and will possibly hit the theatres on August 28, 2015.

Sajid Nadiadwala and Kabir Khan’s Phantom is an upcoming counter-terrorism dra ma film. Reportedly, it is an adaptation of Hussain Zaidi’s recently released book ‘Mumbai Avengers’. Phantom is about post-26/11 attacks in Mumbai and global terrorism.
Earlier there were rumours stating that the film got stalled because there were a lot of similarities between this film and Akshay Kumar’s Baby, so the makers decided to makes some changes in the script, which led to the delay of the project. However, later sources from the film trashed the rumours by saying that the film’s release date got pushed ahead solely because of post-production technical issues.
Recent reports suggest that Katrina was approached for few new projects, but the actress didn’t respond to any, as she is extremely busy with Fitoor and Jagga Jasoos. And now the star is also concentrating on Kabir Khan‘s film Phantom and has started with its dubbing. The film also stars actor Saif Ali Khan in lead role.
