Monica Dogra, an amercian singer and actress, is of Indian origin but grew up in Baltimore, Maryland. She is one half of the Mumbai-based electronic rock duo Shaa’ir and Func along with guitarist Randolph Correia. She made her acting debut in Dhobi Ghat.
