Mahira Khan Sorry For Her Halloween Act Against Shiv Sena

Seems like all tinsel town celebs are entangled in a political chaos. After Shah Rukh Khan made headlines for his intolerance comment and was targeted for being irresponsible, actress Mahira Khan also entered the political hole.

The Pakistani talent bundle Mahira Khan who has carved a huge fan following with her hit TV serial Humsafar opposite Fawad Khan was much in news when the Shiv Sena opined on banning all the Pakistani actors from entering Maharashtra. The actors included in the banning list were Fawad and Mahira.

Many celebs supported Mahira and claimed that the ban was unreasonable. Well, tough girl Mahira went a step forward in her protest act against the Shiv Sena. The actress on the eve of Halloween posted a picture of herself with director Asim Raza on a social networking site which saw the two disguised in Halloween avatars.
While, Mahira was dressed in a cat woman attire, Asim was sporting a Shiv Sainik avatar holding a placard stating, “Mahira Ko Bahar Nikalo”. The picture was truly a symbol of protest from Mahira. The beautiful star is soon going to step in the tinsel town with Shah Rukh Khan’s ‘Raees’.

However, seems like Mahira is sorry for her act and is also guilty about the same. The Raees star Mahira took the micro blogging site Twitter and tweeted series of tweets on the issue saying, “The image from a Halloween event I attended has been made out to be something it never was.”
