Akshay Kumar’s new pairing actress Nimrat Kaur celebrated her birthday with a surprise from her co-star Akshay Kumar.

The actress celebrated her 33^rd birthday with Akshay Kumar by cutting cake on the sets of their upcoming film Airlift in Dubai. The Lunchbox actress Nimrat Kaur will play action hero to Akshay Kumar’s wife in his new film, titled, Airlift.

The actor will be enacting the role of a billionaire businessman who aids a high-profile rescue operation and Nimrat will be seen playing his wife. For the first time Akshay and Nimrat will be working together.

Currently the shooting of the movie is scheduled at Dubai. Actor Akshay Kumar tweeted few pictures of their shooting for Airlift from Dubai.

The shooting will continue for weeks as Akshay Kumar posted the picture of his home in Dubai captioned as, ‘So guys this is my home for the next few weeks whilst shooting for my new film Airlift. #Sunrise #LoveMyJob #WhereAmI

Akshay Kumar starrer Airlift is directed by Nikhil Advani and Raja Krishna Menon, and is a co-production between T-series, Cape of Good Films, Crouching Tiger and Emmay Entertainment. The film is slated to release on January 22, 2016.
