MUMBAI: Saif Ali Khan’s little sister Soha Ali Khan has revealed that she is not ready to tie the knot. One would assume since her big brother has just walked down the aisle, albeit for the second time, we would soon see his little sister follow suit.

Naturally, the media’s interest has shifted from Saif and Kareena to Chote Nawab’s younger sister Soha Ali Khan. It is common knowledge that she has been dating Kunal Khemu for a while now. The duo met on the sets of the film ‘99’ in 2009 and has been going strong ever since. So it was about time rumours started circulating about their impending nuptials.

Soha Ali Khan was recently quizzed about these rumours, and she was quick to quash them by stating she is not ‘mentally prepared’ for marriage and that her mother shares her thinking as well. At an event for ‘Classmate’ titled ‘Follow your heart’, the lady looked royal and stylish in a pair of khaki trousers and a honeysuckle coloured blouse.

The blushing lady revealed, “Everybody loves to marry off Bollywood celebrities. I have been facing this question a lot lately. Though I don’t feel it’s a pressure, but yes the media loves to ask me about my wedding.” She was also quick to divulge that there has been no talk about her marriage plans around the dinner table at home.

She gave us several reasons why she wasn’t ready to settle down in “the immediate future”. “There are no plans to get married as of now. I am young, I have a long way to go and I feel that I am not mentally responsible enough to get married.”

Quick to add that the future holds only films for her, Soha said, “I am good with him (Kunal) but I don’t think it is time to tie the knot yet. I have signed a lot of films and that is going to keep me very busy till the end of next year. I don’t think getting married is a priority for me right now. If you ask me, I am more concerned about my first out-and-out comedy role where I am playing a cop with Arshad Warsi in a film called ‘Joe Bhi Karva Lo’.”
