Sooraj Barjatya’s upcoming film ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ is all ready to hit the screens in a while. However, the film which was expected to have a smooth sail to the theaters has encountered some Censor Board glitch. Salman Khan and Sonam Kapoor starrer film ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’, might have to face some challenges from Censor Board.
‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ is expected to release in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil. The film which will have an all India presence has met with a problem for its dubbed title in Telugu. Reports suggest that the title of the film has been changed to Prem Leela for Telugu, but the Censor Board opines that the two titles are completely different from each other.

It is being said that the two titles do not convey the same meanings as they should be. According to the censor rules, if a title is dubbed in some other language it should convey it in the same context. However, if the title fails to convey the same meaning the makers of the film have to apply for a permission to use a different title.
The problem has occurred because the makers of the film ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ have not yet applied for a different title in Telugu which leaves its Censor Board certification and authorization incomplete. The movie might have to face some difficulty in its Telugu version if the required application for title change is not made in due time.
Directed by Sooraj Barjatya, ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’ is one of the most awaited movies of the year. The songs and the dialogues of the film are a hit amongst the masses. The film will release on November 12th, 2015.
