No we are not talking about the 2010 Hollywood film From Paris With Love starring John Travolta and Jonathan Rhys Myers. Instead, we are taking about Jacqueline Fernandez and her love for her parents.
Jacqueline, who is currently shooting for Salman Khan starrer Kick, recently gifted her parents a holiday to France, a country they have long wanted to visit.
“Jacqueline knew that her parents wanted to visit the country for a long time now. So, she planned the entire trip for them. She not only booked the tickets, but also made all the arrangements for their trip, including their stay and site-seeing, etc.” says a source close to the actor.
Jacqueline too wanted to accompany her parents on the trip, but then her schedules have been so tight that it was impossible for this Sri Lankan Beauty to have accompanied her parents.
“My parents always wanted to visit France, so I decided to gift them a vacation to the beautiful country that they both love,” stated a beaming Jacqueline.
Born to a Sri Lankan father and a Malaysian mother, she has spent most of her childhood in Bahrain. Later she moved to Australia for her college degree in Mass Communications and then moved back to Sri Lanka where she worked as a model, a television reporter and also as host.
In March 2006, Jacqueline was crowned Miss Sri Lanka and subsequently represented Sri Lanka at Miss Universe 2006 held in Los Angeles. She made her acting debut in Bollywood in the year 2009 in Aladin opposite Ritesh Deshmukh.
However, it was only in 2011, with Mahesh Bhatt‘s thriller Murder 2, that she became a star. From there on there has been no looking back for the girl. She is even the face of Salman Khan’s Celebrity Cricket Team along with Kangana Ranaut and Chitrangada Singh.
