Bipasha Basu's 'Staying HOT' Fitness Tips

MUMBAI: The latest craze, doing the round of B’town for the past few years, is fitness! The trend was launched by uber fit and strong Salman ‘Tiger’ Khan. Following his example, many Bollywood celebrities joined in the fray and kick started the fitness revolution.

Hrithik Roshan, the ‘size zero Queen’ Kareena Kapoor Khan, Shah Rukh Khan and the six pack phase, Aamir’s Ghajini 8-packs, they all are credited with the revolution to have swept the country into a fitness frenzy. Our B’town beauties of course, are not far behind in their quest for body perfection.

The numero uno actress on the fitness meter is Bong beauty Bipasha Basu.

At 33, Bipasha is fit as a fiddle. She believes fitness is the best investment as good health leads to happiness.

“It’s very important to love yourself because that’s where your life begins. You have one life, one body that you need to respect and look after. There is no other place where you live but just your body,” Bipasha said at the Fittest City contest.

“It’s really important that you give time to your body and care. It’s the best investment you have. So every single person should teach their children to start early and start looking after your health and fitness,” she added.

Bipasha, being the fit and fabulous woman that she is, was recently also spotted at a marathon held in the city. Dressed in stylish workout gear, the lady was seen cheering on the contestants, and giving them fitness tips and tricks.

Bipasha was last seen in “Raaz 3”, is not just a fitness freak herself, but also took a step ahead by launching a fitness DVD called “BB Love Yourself: Fit and Fabulous You”.

It is a strenuous 60-day routine for weight-loss and body sculpting.

And of course, using that DVD, one can aim to be as fit and as fabulous as the lady herself!
