MUMBAI: Day 2 of the Blenders Pride Fashion Tour 2012 was a starry starry affair in Mumbai. As is custom, the Bollywood brigade ruled the runways.
Model and Bollywood actress Esha Gupta walked the ramp for her designer friend, Mandira Wirk. The lady dazzled in a black sheer ball gown, with such styles being a hit on the ramp for most designers this season.
The dress was exquisitely low cut, and Esha did full justice to her strut down the ramp. She was the showstopper at the Mandira Wirk show.
Bollywood diva and recently turned yummy mummy, Celina Jaitley too walked the ramp on Day 2. She was the showstopper for the evening at designer Neeta Lulla’s show. The creation was yet another floor length ball gown, again in the preferred colour of the season: black.
Sporting star and Hyderabadi beauty Sania Mirza too graced the runways, this time for designer duo Shantanu and Nikhil.
The uber stylish sports star donned an avant garde Shantanu and Nikhil creation: a sari. The deep blue and gold colour offset the lady’s skin tone beautifully.
Also spotted in the audience, cheering for their friends at these fashion extravaganzas, were comeback queen Sridevi with her daughters, Mugdha Godse, Gauhar Khan and Tusshar Kapoor.
