Former couple Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif spotted walking hand-in-hand.
2016 started off on a romantic note for Bollywood stars Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif. However, things started going awry, and the couple broke up last year. Ranbir moved out of their love nest, while Katrina stayed there for four months and then she moved to her own house in Bandra. Well, their break up broke many hearts and since then fans are eagerly waiting to catch them together at least on the silver screen.
Though the two were not in talking terms after parting the ways, Katrina and Ranbir completed the shooting of their much-delayed film, Jagga Jasoos. The film, which was in the making for about four years, has finally come to an end.
Director Anurag Basu took to Twitter to share the good news and also took a dig at the much-delayed release of the film. Anurag Basu tweeted with a caption, “Day 1 Jagga Jasoos to Last Day Jagga Jasoos. How time flies.”

While the release of the much-delayed film is a talk of the town, it was earlier being reported that Katrina Kaif might not promote the film with her former boyfriend Ranbir. However, Ranbir has clearly rubbished the reports. There were rumours that Ranbir and Katrina would not promote Jagga Jasoos together, owing to their real-life friction.

Ranbir Kapoor at a recent event said, “It’s not like that. Katrina has worked really hard on the film. This film is as special as for her as it is for me. We will definitely promote it, and in a grand way. It takes a lot of efforts to make a film. It is a special film.”
Talking about the film, Ranbir said that he is very much excited and also confirmed the release date of the film. He said, “This was a historic day, last day of shoot. I’m excited as the film marks my debut as a producer. It will release on 14 July. I hope you all like it.”
Well, during the initial stage of their break up, director Anurag Basu somehow managed to complete the shooting of his film with the former couple, who did not even wanted to see each other.
Now after months, Ranbir and Katrina got back together but only to complete the final patchwork scenes of the film. Jagga Jasoos is all set to release on July 14 the same day as Shraddha Kapoor-starrer Haseena and Saif Ali Khan-starrer Chef.
