There are many who would vouch for it. He can be sweet and bitter at the same time. Yet Ranveer Singh didn’t mind rubbing him the wrong way when he sided with Sanjay Leela Bhansali after Salman said a few unpleasant things about the director.
If you recall the Hum Aapke Hain Koun 20th anniversary special interview with Salman Khan and Sooraj Barjatya, you might recall that Salman Khan had asked Bhansali to take a leaf out of Sooraj’s directing career and not just keep shouting at people. He wanted Bhansali to emulate Sooraj in his work rather than going too blatant on the sets.
Ranveer, Bhansali’s Ram, it seems took offence to it severly. He retorted that Bhansali is creative person and at times, creative people are maverick and eccentric. He feels such creative personalities are temperamental and emotional. He fails to understand why ‘people’ are after Bhansali alone.
