We’ll get to see Sonakshi Sinha next in A R Murugadoss’ film Akira. Bollywood’s Dabangg actress has already begun training in martial arts for her part in the film. Sonakshi took to her official Instagram account to give her fans a glimpse of her training.Dressed in all black, we see Sonakshi practising hard and mastering her skills quite effectively. Directed by A R Murugadoss, Akira is said to be an emotional thriller drama. Sonakshi‘s character in the film is named Akira. In Sanskrit, ‘Akira‘ means ‘graceful strength’. The film is a Bollywood remake of Tamil hit film Mounaguru.
Apart from Sonakshi Singh, the film will feature her father Shatrughan Sinha. In Akira, filmmaker Anurag Kashyap will play a negative role.
Director A R Murugadoss and actress Sonakshi Sinha will be working together for the second time. Earlier, the two worked in film Holiday, which also featured actor Akshay Kumar.
