[tps_footer]Censor Board Chief Pahlaj Nihalani has been criticized for his unruly decisions lately, after many voices, actress Sonakshi Sinha has also done something similar. The head strong actress Sonakshi Sinha, who likes to take stand for her values, has expressed her angst, against the Censor Board chief. The Dabangg star has made it clear that the decisions by the Censor Board are irrational and not in tangent with the norm.
Chief Pahlaj Nihalani has been receiving loads of flak after he cut a kissing scene in the film ‘Spectre’. The James Bond film is much in limelight because of the Censor Board’s decision to remove the intimate scene to apparently make it viewable for all generations. Pahlaj Nihalani, who has himself made films having bold scenes, has been criticized for this orthodox view. Actress Sonakshi Sinha seems to be all raged with the ongoing issue and commented that whoever is playing nanny should first think about the kind of films they have been making in the first place.
Sonakshi Sinha surely hinted at the Censor Board Chief Pahlaj Nihalani. The diva was referring to the past career graph of the Chief where he has himself made films with intimate scenes. The films he made were passed by Censor Board and that’s where the irony lies.
The actress also went on to opine that international films have been there in the country since a long time, but there has never been such a decision. The decision to reduce the kissing scene from 30 seconds to 8 seconds has not been accepted by director Kabir Khan too. The Bajrangi Bhaijaan filmmaker added his displeasure saying that those mere seconds won’t be the destroyer of morality in any way.
Well, seems like the film industry is going abuzz with confusing issues like Aamir Khan’s Intolerance row and Censorship debate.
