MUMBAI: National College hosted a college fest, aptly titled ‘Cutting Chai’ in Mumbai recently. And who better to attend and judge the fest than our very own Bollywood celebrities.

Spotted at the college fest were Bollywood stars like Prachi Desai, Chitrangda Singh, singer Shankar Mahadevan, producer Goldie Behl, director Zoya Akhtar and Salim. The B’town celebrities were seen having a whale of a time, indulging their youthful side at the popular college fest.

Prachi and Chitrangda had rushed to the college just after another event, where they were seen promoting their upcoming film with John Abraham: ‘I, Me Aur Main.’ Dressed in the same attire, Prachi was seen in a maroon dress, while Chitrangda was pretty and casual in a black tee and black skinny jeans. The lovely ladies were seen getting along like a house on fire; such a welcome sight in an industry where the rival actresses are known to bare their claws at every given opportunity.

Goldie Behl kept the atmosphere light and exuberant in a simple grey tee and jeans, while Shankar Mahadevan took to the stage and enthralled one and all with his soulful renditions. The ‘Breathless’ singer was seen in a black kurta-pyjama, which he accessorized with a smart grey waistcoat.

Zoya Akhtar was seen busily harrowed, as she was judging the event. Seen with score-sheets in hand, Zoya was spotted in the college auditorium, looking very serious in a black tee, blue jeans and a colorful scarf wrapped around her shoulders. Music composer Salim Merchant looked slightly out of sorts, as he joined Zoya in the audience.

Prachi and Goldie were also seen enjoying the cutting chai on offer, in bright colourful tea pots. The popular college fest was quite a success thanks to the presence of our very own Bollywood celebrities, and one can be rest assured that a fabulous time was had by all the students and teaching faculty.
