MUMBAI: Mohit Suri’s ‘Aashiqui 2’, produced by T-Series and Vishesh Films, and starring Aditya Roy Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor in leading roles, now stands at an impressive 10 Day total.
‘Aashiqui 2′, which released on 26 April 2013, has done very well at the ticketing windows since its release.
As reported, over the first weekend, ‘Aashiqui 2’ managed to do an impressive business of about Rs 201.3 million (Rs 20.13 crore) net.
At the end of week 1, the collections of ‘Aashiqui 2’ stood at approximately Rs 384 million (Rs 38.4 crore) net.
And the 10 day total, including second weekend’s figures are in the range of Rs 430 million (43 crore) net, a very impressive figure for a film starring newcomers.
