MUMBAI: Two big films – Action Replayy and Golmaal 3 – are all set to scorch cinema screens tomorrow (5 November) on the auspicious occasion of Diwali. And going by the buzz in the industry, it is Golmaal 3 that is likely to emerge as the winner in this race.
According to industry sources, the comic caper Golmaal 3 has had very good advance bookings in Mumbai as compared to Action Replayy. Moreover, advance booking for Golmaal 3 in other key centers is also strong.
Golmaal 3 stars Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, Arshad Warsi, Shreyas Talpade and Kunal Khemu in the lead, whereas Action Replayy stars Akshay Kumar and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.
As was reported earlier by Businessofcinema.com, as per Cinematix – the weekly tracking tool that measures the awareness and interest to watch upcoming movie releases – Golmaal 3 is likely to have the second best opening of 2010 at the box office after Dabangg.
