MUMBAI: UTV Motion Pictures and Bhandarkar Entertainment’s ‘Heroine’ featuring Kareena Kapoor, Arjun Rampal and Randeep Hooda amongst an ensemble cast has taken an adequate opening at the Box Office this Friday.
With multiplexes faring better than single screens, the film has seen occupancy of close to 60% on its first day. Though the reviews of the overall movie have been mixed, Kareena Kapoor’s performance has received a lot of praise.
Friday collections are in the range of Rs 75 million (Rs 7.5 crore) net. With the positive trending, Saturday and Sunday should see a good pick-up.
