MUMBAI: Sajid Nadiawala’s Housefull had a steady Monday at the box office with the movie raking in net collections of approximately Rs 50 million (Rs 5 crore) in India.
With this, the four-day net box office collections of the movie stand at Rs 355 million (Rs 35.50 crore). Housefull has had one of the biggest opening of this year.
As was earlier reported by Businessofcinema.com, Housefull did net collections of Rs 90 million (Rs 9 crore) on Friday, Rs 100 million (Rs 10 crore) on Saturday and Rs 115 million (Rs 11.50 crore) on Sunday.
The movie stars Akshay Kumar, Ritiesh Deshmukh, Arjun Rampal, Boman Irani, Randhir Kapoor, Lara Dutta, Deepika Padukone and Jiah Khan and is directed by Sajid Khan.
