Salman Khan’s record breaking film Bajrangi Bhaijaan had a superb second week run at the Box Office. By earning Rs. 5.50 crore net (55 million) approx. on its second Thursday at the Box Office, director Kabir Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan has collected Rs. 267.21 crore net (2672 million) approximately so far.
After its second Tuesday at the Box Office, director Kabir Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan saw its first major drop on Wednesday as the film earned Rs. 7.25 crore net (72.4 million) approximately at the Box Office and now the film saw a drop on Thursday as well. However, with its decent Thursday business, Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan till date has successfully collected Rs. 267.21 crore net (2672 million) approximately at the Box Office.
If the action drama film keeps facing a drop throughout its third weekend run at the Box Office, the film may not be able to reach its target of crossing 300 crore mark at the Box Office. If the film fails to pull in some strong numbers on its third weekend at the Box Office, Salman’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan will not be able to beat PK’s collections and set a whole new record by becoming the highest collector in India.
However, there’s still hope as one cannot surely predicted anything when it’s a Salman Khan film that we are talking about. Directed by Kabir Khan, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, which also stars Kareena Kapoor Khan and Nawazuddin Siddiqui, is still doing a fabulous business in places like Delhi, Rajasthan, UP and Mumbai.
The film is still being well received by the audiences. Fans have loved Salman Khan’s performance in Bajrangi Bhaijaan. The film tells a story of a soft-hearted innocent man named Pavan (played by Salman Khan), who happens to be a devotee of lord Bajrangi, sets out on a journey to help a little mute Pakistani girl reach safely back to her homeland. The film features Kareena Kapoor Khan in the role of Rashika, whereas Nawazuddin Siddiqui plays the role of a Pakistani journalist.
