Ayushmann Khurran’s Dum Laga Ke Haisha and Nana Patekar’s Ab Tak Chappan 2, both the films released on the same day, last Friday. Ayushmann’s film received a lot of good reviews and feedbacks from the critics and audiences. The film succeeded in winning over the audiences.

However, Dum Laga Ke Haisha opened to a poor start at the Box Office. Apparently, the film managed to mint around Rs 1.10 Crore Nett (11 million). But the film progressed, on its second day, Bhumi Pednekar’s debut film Dum Laga Ke Haisha pulled around Rs 2.10 Crore Nett (21 million), whereas the film earned around Rs 2.85 Crore (28.5 million) on Sunday.
Directed by Sharat Katariya, Dum Laga Ke Haisha had a good run at the Box Office on its first weekend. The film did business of around Rs. 6.05 Crore (60.5 million) on its first weekend at the Box Office and is leading the charts.
Ab Tak Chappan 2 is doing poor business at the Box Office. The film only managed to pull around Rs 4.50 Crore Nett (45 million) on its first weekend at the Box Office. The film opened to a very slow start and only managed to pull around Rs 1.10 Crore (11 million) on its first day, where as film progressed on Friday and Sunday, but very slowly. Ab Tak Chappan earned around Rs 1.40 Crore (14 million) on Saturday and Rs 1.75 Crore (17.5 million) on Sunday.

Going by the digits, Dum Laga Ke Haisha is leading right now and even with a slow start, the film is picking up speed at the Box Office.
