Personal Life: Born in 1974, Vijay is the loving son of director and producer S.A. Chandrasekhar and Shoba Chandrasekhar who is a playback singer. Vijay started his acting career at a very young age by debuting in his father’s directorial film Vetri. The actor made his proper debut as a lead actor in the year 1992 with Naalaiya Theerppu again directed by his father. He married Sangeetha Sornalingam in August 1999 and has two lovely children Sanjay and Divya.
