Netflix Set To Launch 15 New Original Series In 2016!

The video streaming service provider already has many incredible shows in its kitty that are currently the front-runners in terms of audience choice as well as for prestigious award show nominations. In the light of same, launch 15 new original series this year can prove to be a great push for Netflix that is looking forward to diversify its market.

The list of names revealed of the 15 new original Netflix series are as follows: 3%, Chelsea Does, The Crown, Flaked, The Frontier, Fuller House, The Get Down, Lady Dynamite, Love, Marvel’s Luke Cage, Marseille, The OA, The Ranch, A Series of Unfortunate Events and Stranger Things. While the details of these shows have been kept under wraps, it is known that Chelsea Handler’s new documentary series Chelsea Does will be aired on January 23, 2016 and the sequel to 90s show Full House, Fuller House is set to premiere on February 26, 2016.

For those who are unfamiliar with the concept of Netflix, it is an online streaming service that has recently started producing original content. Some of the most well known shows that are available on Netflix include Sense8, Orange Is the New Black, Marvel’s Daredevil, Marco Polo, House of Cards, Bloodline, Arrested Development and The Killing among others. If the new original series are as good as the ongoing series by Netflix, then 2016 will be all the more amazing for its viewers.

In other news Netflix is all set to launch its service in India by mid January 2016 or before that and the possible announcement will be made during the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show 2016 that will be held at Las Vegas.
