American Sniper, a film based on Chris Kyle’s bestselling 2012 autobiography, has found a new admirer in Kyle’s widow, Tara Kyle! Tara was asked about how her husband would have reacted to the film that scored six Oscar nominations, including Best Picture and Best Actor (for Bradley Cooper) and earned more than $200 million at the box office. Her response was, “He would just be in awe of it, really!” She also recollected how humble and shy her husband was and how he always avoided the spotlight!
Chris Kyle was fatally shot on a Texas gun range at age 38 in 2013.

However, former Navy SEAL, Jesse Ventura doesn’t have many kind words to share about Chris. He is even reluctant to call him a hero! Ventura recently won $1.8 million in a defamation lawsuit last year against the estate of late Chris Kyle; he had gone on records to call Kyle a liar with dubious and unfair motives which is certainly not heroic!
