Earlier today, Demi shared her song with the music video on her twitter account. The video is chilling and emotional. She has stripped-down vocals against a snow filled mountain backdrop which looks amazing. The soaring song begins with Demi in a bath tub bare faced as she sings the heartbreaking lyrics. The lyrics tear her apart as she fights back tears while reminiscing her love. The action moves to snow capped mountain setting where she looks like an ice queen. The vocals of the song is high pitched which gives you all the feels. No extra antics or animation, the music video is straight away beautiful and chilling.

The singer had talked about her ‘Stone Cold’ song when she featured on the cover of Complex magazine in October/November 2015 issue. With this song, Demi aims to win a Grammy next year. She said “I want the Grammy committee to hear [“Stone Cold“] so that one day they can see that-I know that I’m capable of getting there. I just want people to see it finally. When I say getting there, I don’t mean winning one. I just want to be nominated for one. You can’t go higher than the Grammys in the music industry,” she said. “That was a huge goal for this album. I watched the Grammy nominations last year and I was like, “I want to be there so bad.” It really gave me that kick in the a*s to make music that was worthy of it. This is a song that I feel like is worthy of notification.”
Well, this song might just Demi her much awaited recognition at the Grammys stage.
