Downey but not under

Reformed wildman Robert Downey Junior has abandoned late night drug binges in favour of going to bed early and partaking in yoga. The Chaplin star, who has served time in prison for various drug offences, credits his new healthy lifestyle with keeping him away from temptation.

He says, "Life is hard, and I’d rather be up at 6.30am,
having gone to bed at 10pm, instead of wondering what I’m going to do at 11pm to fill in the time. “I go to the gym and I do some yoga. I just think more than anything it’s being efficient and productive instead of obsessing on something counterproductive.”
