DreamWorks Animation to switch to NASDAQ on 26 Feb

MUMBAI: DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc. will voluntarily transfer its stock exchange listing from The New York Stock Exchange to The NASDAQ Global Select Market, an exchange of The NASDAQ OMX Group Inc.

The company currently expects that its Class A common stock will commence trading on the NASDAQ on 26 February, 2009 and will continue to be listed under the ticker symbol DWA.

After careful consideration, we believe the NASDAQ will provide our stockholders with access to the most advanced trading platform and the most cost-effective services available in the market today," said head Investor Relations for the Company Rich Sullivan.
