MUMBAI: Music directors Anand – Milind and lyricist Sameer have buried their differences and are coming together to work on producer Kamlesh Kumar’s forthcoming Bhojpuri film.
It is the first time the trio is doing a Bhojpuri film, which will be directed by Braj Bhushan and stars Ravi Kissen, Gunjan Kapoor and Kunal Singh.
Says composer Milind, “It is good to be working together. This is not the only Bhojpuri film we are doing. We are providing the music for G P Sippy’s Bhojpuri film too.”
Says Kamlesh Kumar, “I have been working for more than 15 years in this industry as a production designer, executive, and other capacities. I am lucky enough to get Sameer pen the lyrics for my Bhojpuri film under the baton of music directors Anand-Milind. In fact, together they have titled my maiden film Sajan Sangh Lagi Laganiya Re. As soon as my director finishes his current film Sans Rani Bahu Naukrani, I will launch the new film with song recordings by 28 March 2007.”
