MUMBAI: The Bollywood Music and Fashion Awards will be held on 17 November 2007 in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Bollywood Awards chairman Kamal Dandona said, “This year’s hottest singers, designers and models are all set to perform at the Bollywood Music and Fashion Awards and set the stage on fire. Additionally, as usual, there shall be many surprises. We will also have the participation of Indian music and fashion industry stalwarts as well as newcomers.”
Similarly, Dandona feels that including Hollywood stars at the Awards is a great way for non-resident Indians (NRI’s) to feel some sort of connection between their present environment and their roots. The previous Bollywood Awards have played host to American celebrities such as Richard Gere, Sharon Stone, Michael Jackson, Harvey Weinstein, Tyra Banks, Steven Seagal, Jean-Claude Van Damme and many more.
