MUMBAI: Radio Misty 94.3 FM has partnered with musical extravaganza Rockfest 2009 featuring seven popular bands from across the region.
Seven participating bands performed with Band Down Syndrome being declared the winner. The grand finale also had performances by bands Mo2 and Cactus.
Radio Misty CEO Nishant Mittal said, "It is with great pleasure that we are associated with this Rockfest. This festival saw an immensely successful response from people across Siliguri, especially the youth, and represented a new area of creative interaction highlighting the fact that music knows no boundaries and can play a significant role in strengthening people to people contact."
