Tips signs on Apache Indian

MUMBAI: Apache Indian has recently signed an international recording and management contract with the Tips Records label.


 


Tips also featured the singer in its recent Punjabi film Dil Apna Punjabi, and has produced a music video featuring Apache, titled Belly Dancing, directed by Shadow Films, a production headed by Ken Gosh. An Apache album, Sadhu – The Movement, was released on 22 January 2007, and includes collaborations with other artistes like Sachin Gupta, Jim Beanz, Mana, Sunidhi Chauhan, Sukshinder Shinda, Alisha Chinoy, Dalvinder Singh and others.


 


The only Indian music artiste to have achieved seven top forty hits in the National UK charts, Apache currently stays in Goa and has set up a Sadhu Rasta Camp and is getting ready to bring Sadhu – The Movement Tour 07 to India, says a company release.


 


Best remembered for 90s hits like Chokthere, Arranged Marriage and Boomshackalak, Apache has also worked with composer AR Rahman for the song No Problem that featured in a Tamil movie Love Bird, and with Asha Bhosle for Yeh Ladka and with Jazzy B, for Dil Lutiya.
