Dhanush, who made an impressive debut in Bollywood with Raanjhanaa last year, now plans to do only one film each in Tamil and Hindi every year. He feels too much work means not doing justice to any of his films.
“I want to deliver the best. I want to devote my time completely to one film. Right now I don’t feel I am doing justice to any film, and I gave it a lot of thought,” stated Dhanush.
Currently Dhanush has a lot of Tamil films in hand, but he plans to wrap up everything by the end of this year and start 2015 afresh.
Dhanush said that he has a completely different style of working. He is not like those actors who in order to quench their hunger of money undertakes as many films as possible and thus ending up their career with a disaster.
“I will do one each (in Hindi and Tamil), that is the only practical thing that can be done. Right now I am doing one Hindi film, which is directed by R. Balki, and wrapping up a couple of Tamil films. Also, I am starting two more Tamil films this year,” Dhanush said.
Down South, Dhanush is currently shooting K.V.Anand’s Anegan, where he shared screen space with Amyra Dasthur. Dhanush will be appearing in four different getups in the film and one among them will resemble the hairstyle of Kamal Haasan in Tik Tik Tik.
A particular portion in Anegan happens in 1987 and the team of Anegan have taken reference from Kamal Haasan films of 1987.
