Looks like legal troubles keep finding their way to knock superstar Rajinikanth’s door. The Lingaa star is facing a legal trouble after a notice sent by complainant S. Mukanchand Bothra reached the actor. Reportedly, the complainant claims that Dhanush’s father Kasthuri Raja had borrowed a sum of 65 lakhs from him about which actor Rajinikanth was aware since his name was mentioned as a surety.
The said sum was supposed to be repaid in two installments which the producer failed to do, and now the financer has sent a notice to Rajinikanth as well since the actor was linked to the transaction. Rajinikanth who had earlier distanced himself from the matters of his son-in-law Dhanush‘s father will now be forced to act upon it after receiving a legal notice. Bothra and Kasthuri Raja‘s case for cheque bouncing is already pending at the court, and now megastar Rajinikanth‘s name has also being dragged into it. No official announcements regarding the same have been made by the actor so far.

Rajinikanth was earlier facing trouble related to the problem between the distributors and the producers of his film Lingaa. The trouble went as far as to a mass protest being held outside the actor’s residency. And only recently, Rajinikanth’s wife was also facing legal trouble relating to a months old case which was brought up accusing her of using fake documents.
Reportedly during the post production period of Rajinikanth’s film Kochadaiyaan, a financial dispute arose between Latha and Ad Bureau Associates based is Chennai. During which a lot of media personnel were covering the entire case which was in turn jeopardizing the case’s whereabouts. In order to stop the complications caused by media, Latha along with her lawyer had appeared before court to secure an injunction order to restrain the media from airing her case’s news. An FIR has been filed against her after all these months.
According to the FIR, Latha Rajinikanth is being blamed of using fake documents while applying for an injunction order. Her lawyer however states that the entire accusation is false and is a clear case of blackmail, and that strict action will be taken against the party who is trying to exploit his client’s celebrity status. Now Rajinikanth‘s problems with Dhanush‘s father-in-law’s case have become the limelight again. We hope the Lingaa actor remains undisturbed by the endless legal problems attacking his family!
