Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’s most beloved character Baa Sudha Shivpuri took her last breath on Wednesday morning.
The veteran actress was bed ridden since quite a long time, after she suffered a heart stroke in the year 2003. The senior talent school Sudha Shivpuri went into serious illness after she was admitted in the hospital in the year 2003.
The veteran was a theater’s favorite and started her acting career way back when she was just eight years old. Sudha Shivpuri became one most famous household name from Ekta Kapoor’s serial Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi in the year 2000.
Sudha Shivpuri also acted in other television serials like Rajni, Missing, Rishety, Aa Bail Mujhe Maar but her biggest break in the industry was from Ekta Kapoor’s Kyuki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi. She made her debut in films with Basu Chatterjee’s Swami back in 1977.
Along with husband Om Shivpuri, the duo gave rise to a theater group which is appreciated for coming up with prominent plays like Tughlaq, Khamosh! Adalat Jari Hai etc.
The most respected personality in the Indian Television industry is Sudha Shivpuri and many TV personalities are mourning for the loss. Even Union Minister Smriti Irani who acted in the serial Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bhu Thi was heard sharing that it’s a personal loss for her.
Loss of a huge talent like Sudha Shivpuri is surely a big loophole for the television industry.
