After entertaining fans and audiences for almost 3 years, Kapil Sharma’s show comes to an end, which is a biggest disappointment for everyone. The laughter riot series has finally come to an end, but not in a good way.
The audience who were prepped up to witness the last episode of the mind blowing series, were all shocked when instead of CNWK, the channel telecasted the recently released comedy show, Comedy Nights Bachao. The decision invited the wrath of the fans and many also decided to boycott the show Comedy Nights Bachao.
The channel had also cancelled the last episode of Comedy Nights With Kapil, But Kapil Sharma requested the channel and took to the micro blogging site Twitter and had posted, “I hope @ColorsTV will air the last episode of cnwk with @akshaykumar tonight since its our way to say a gracious thanks to our audience :).”
Confirming on the same, Actor Ali Asgar aka ‘dadi’ of Comedy Nights With Kapil cleared out on how there was some problem between the production house and the channel.
Reportedly, the reason why CNWK was going offline is because of mutual disagreement between the channel and the show’s producer Kapil. They were at loggerheads, which is why the show was abruptly called off air and it didn’t happen suddenly.
Reports say that Kapil Sharma was upset with the channel for giving more importance and similar name to the other show and hence, he decided to shut the show. It is also being said that the real reason is not only because of Kapil’s bossy and haughty behaviour, but Kapil had demanded a higher profit share and wanted more money from Colors.
But Colors did not pay heed and decided not to fulfill his demands, and that’s how the actual problem started. Colors has not confirmed on this statement. Nevertheless, it is said that Kapil will be coming back once again, but on some other channel.
The new show that will be aired instead of Comedy Nights With Kapil, will be Comedy Nights Live with Krushna Abhishek, Bharti Singh and Sudesh Lehri. This show was well promoted on the grand finale night of Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 9. They did create quite a laugh riot. But will they be able to replace Kapil’s show, only time will tell. What do you think?
