Manit Joura is one actor who always lets his work speak for himself. He is talented and knows that the only way to achieve stardom is to keep working at a craft, as an actor, and the rest automatically follows.
Manit Joura hails from Delhi and is trained in martial arts, gymnastics and automotive stunts. Manit was first spotted in a special appearance in YRF’s Band Baaja Baaraat. Post that he dabbled into television and did a couple of meaty roles before taking the plunge into films.
Manit has been a part of a mini series Rush on MTV, that was directed by Bijoy Nambiar. This Gladrags finalist has worked with John Abharam and both share the same passion for bikes.
Manit recently shot for an Indo German Mini Series titled, The Girl With An Indian Emerald.
In this film Manit essayed s role of a Royal Guard on lines of Amitabh Bachchan in Eklavya.
The Girl With An Indian Emerald has been directed by Michael Karen and stars Stephanie Stumph and Omar El–Saeidi along with Manit Joura.
These two part mini series was shot in Jaipur over a span of a month.
‘Working with the entire cast and crew, especially with the director Michael, was a great learning experience’ I was amazed at the detailing that he has done for each and every character of this film…’ said an elated Manit when asked about his experience during the making of this film.
The Girl With An Indian Emerald is being produced by Teamwork Germany and and was broadcast on ZDF Germany in two parts on November 10 and November 11, 2013.
He has just finished shooting a film directed by editor turned director Amit Sharma titled Pyar Se Dekho Zara with Hrishitaa Bhatt.
