Bombay Velvet, based on historian Gyan Prakash‘s book Mumbai Fables, narrates the story of how the city in ’60s became a metropolis. The film is set to released on May 15, 2015. It stars Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Karan Johar in lead roles with Kay Kay Menon, Manish Choudhary, and Siddharth Basu appearing in supporting roles.
