Karan Johar Gifts A Punjabi Song To Salman Khan For Hero


Salman-KaranReportedly, Karan Johar asked Indian lyricist Kumaar to compose few songs for his upcoming film and the very talented lyricist gave him around 10 songs. One of the songs was a Punjabi song, which Karan absolutely loved, but the director decided to give the song to Hero director Nikhil Advani. Yes, according to reports, Nikhil was searching for a very special song for his upcoming film Hero but couldn’t find one, so like a good fellow filmmaker, Karan decided to gift the song to Nikhil.

Earlier, it was believed that the two directors had a fallout and weren’t actually in good terms. Maybe, Karan’s this sweet gesture means everything is well between the two! Hero is produced by Salman Khan in association with Eros International. Aditya Pancholi’s son Sooraj Pancholi and Suniel Shetty’s daughter Athiya Shetty are set to make their Bollywood debut with this film. Hero is a remake of 1993 film of same name, which starred Jackie Shroff and Meenakshi Sheshadri.

The film will hit the theatres on July 3, 2015.
