Watch: Salman Khan Thinks Sooraj Pancholi Can Replace Him In Future


Bollywood’s Dabangg, Salman Khan is known for launching many budding stars in the Bollywood industry. From Katrina Kaif to Sonakshi Sinha and many others, Salman has played the role of godfather for many new faces in the film industry.

The actor introduces actors that he expects to live up to his expectations and someone who can fit perfect in his shoes. This time Salman has launched two new actors Aditya Pancholi’s son Sooraj Pancholi and Suneil Shetty’s daughter Athiya Shetty.

The actor has launched two new stars Sooraj Pancholi and Athiya Shetty who making their debut in the film Hero, which is a remake of the 1983 hit film of the same name directed by Subhash Ghai. The actor himself launched the first official trailer of the film yesterday with the entire team of Hero.

This film is even more special for Salman after Bajrangi Bhaijaan as he has launched the two newcomers under his production banner SKF as he thinks Sooraj Pancholi would get into his position in future just like him.

Yesterday during the trailer launch, Salman Khan took out his heart and spoke about Sooraj Pancholi who has lately been in news for Jiah Khan’s murder case had been away from the limelight from quite some time.

He said, “One Sooraj (Barjatya) supported me all my life, so I can support another Sooraj (Pancholi).”

Salman Khan who has lots of hope from Sooraj said, “Both are stars. They look good on screen. Sooraj has a great endearing quality on screen. I think Sooraj will come into my slot. He is going to lessen the gap between me and him. He is going to push me.”

On the other hand Salman also warned both the newcomers to do well and work hard or else he will be the punching bag for everyone including both the actor’s dad’s Aditya and Suneil.

Well, let you know that even Salman Khan will play invisible part in Nikhil Advani’s Hero. He actor has sung a song for the film. He also clarified that he was not playing any cameo in the film.

The film is directed by Nikhil Advani and the first look and the trailer both are already making rounds on the internet. With this brilliant concoction, the film is highly anticipated by the audience. The movie will hit the screens on September 11th.

Earlier the film was suppose to release on September 4th along with Welcome Back but the makers of the film pushed the dates to September 11, 2015. Salman Khan who was asked about postponing the film said, “humne Welcome ko welcome kar liya.”
