Amitabh Bachchan is doing all that he can to promote his first ever television drama series title Yudh, that will soon be on air on Sony Entertainment Television.
Amitabh Bachchan rang the bell at the Bombay Stock Exchange as part of the promotions of Yudh, that marks his debut in the fiction space on the small screen.
“I am doing a television serial for the first time. I have done films, reality shows and now I wanted to do something on TV and I got this opportunity. It’s a very different story and I hope the viewers like it.” stated Mr. Bachchan.
Amitabh Bachchan said that he was anxious before starting with the project. “I think as a creative person we used to get anxious and nervous before starting something new. I can only hope viewers will be happy watching it and if not, I will work hard next time.”
Yudh is likely to go on air from July 2014 and stars Amitabh Bachchan, Sarika, Kay Kay Menon, Nawazuddin Siddique, Tigmanshu Dhulia among others.
